DermRefine Skin Clinic does provide nonsurgical treatments under the age of 25 years.
Anti-wrinkle or dermal filler treatment will not be performed on the same day as the consultation. This is to allow you a reflective time to consider your options and consolidate the information provided during the consultation.
DermRefine Skin Clinic cannot accept children in the clinic and therefore, kindly ask you to refrain from allowing your children to accompany you during your appointment.
DermRefine Skin Clinic will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal belongings left on the premises.
DermRefine Skin Clinic aims to deliver an inviting and welcoming environment anchored with integrity and respect. Any form of harassment including verbal or social media related will not be tolerated.
Treatments and Protocols
DermRefine Skin Clinic operates with your safety in mind. You will be asked to adhere to safety protocols when you enter the premises such as washing and sanitizing your hands, temperature checks, and shoe covers prior to entering the clinic. This is is to ensure that you and the practitioner are in a safe environment.
All treatments and protocols are delivered with the highest ethical standards. Although a full consultation to explore your ideas, concerns and expectations will take place, there may be occasions where your perceived expectations may not be met.
This is can happen with any procedure regardless of its nature.
There are no absolute guarantees to treatment outcomes and results may vary between patients.
Should you have a dermal filler treatment and change your mind for any reason. We are able to dissolve and reverse the treatment. However, you will have to pay for this service.
If you are unsure about the suitability of your treatment, and if you are on any medication or medical conditions then please consult your doctor prior to booking your appointment or treatment.
Payment
DermRefine Skin Clinic will not offer refunds when you book a procedure should you change your mind. However, can be transferred to another treatment of the same value or above pending suitability. Prescription-only medication is nonredeemable.
All treatments are paid in advance prior to commencing the treatment.
Appointments and Cancellation
A £70 non-refundable fee is required to secure the skin and hair appointment at the time of booking which is redeemable should you go ahead with a skin treatment.
A £140 nonrefundable fee is required secure dermal antiwrinkle or dermal filler injections which are redeemable against your treatment should you decide to proceed with the treatment pending full assessment and suitability.
Appointment bookings cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the deposit is secured.
DermRefine Skin Clinic reserves the right to change its policy based on the needs of the business and the client.
A strict 48-hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure that the deposit paid can be redeemed against future treatments. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the treatment will incur the loss of the deposit. 50% of the treatment cost already paid will also be taken. Cancellation on the day of the appointment will not be refunded.
DermRefine reserves the right to obtain full payment in advance of current or future treatment in the event of appointment cancelation.
Responsibility and Accountability
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information at the time of the consultation
DermRefine Skin Clinic will not be held responsible for any reactions or allergies to products or treatments. Refunds cannot be for your treatment.
However, your welfare is our prime concern, and therefore in the case of any reactions, we would like you to ensure transparency in order to provide you with the best possible care.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that you adhere to the aftercare instructions to minimize complications and maximize treatment outcomes.
Before and After photos
Clinical before and after treatment photographs, will be taken to monitor the treatment journey, insurance, and social media footage. Please note that your personal details will be protected unless you authorize and are happy to reveal your identity with regard to social.
DermRefine Skin clinic reserves the right not to proceed with your treatment should you decline your photos from being taken. Payment made will not be refunded to account for the time allocated for your treatment which may have been utilized by other patients thereby impacting both patient and business.
Complaints
DermRefine makes every reasonable effort to provide a complete care solution throughout your journey.
If you feel that your expectations are not met then, DermRefine aims to listen to the complaints and make every reasonable effort to respond and remedy the situation.
DermRefine welcomes feedback in order to improve client care. The response is made by email within 7 working days. However, if a response requires further fact-finding, a detailed written reply will be sent within 20 working days.
